Teddy Bear Sleepover

With bears in arms, children arrived at the Otay Ranch Town Center July 3 for a Teddy bear sleepover and evening storytime with Lillian the Librarian (and her owner) at right. 

After posing for a mugshot, each bear got a nametag so he could be safely returned to his rightful owner after a night of fun at the library. The mall's Build-a-Bear Workshop also participated in the event, which was part of the library's 2012 Summer Reading Program sponsored by the Friends.
